How to take homeopathic remedies

Take 2 tablets evey hour for the first 6 doses, then 3 rimes daily until better. In less urgent cases , 2 tablets 3 times daily. Children - half the adult dose.

Don't handle tablets - tip them into the container lid or onto a clean teaspoon and then into your mouth. For best results, chew or suck tablets - don't swallow them whole. Don't take them with food or drink, or when your mouth is tainted by tobacco or any strongly flavoured food or toothpaste. Take them between meals, at least half an hour before or after eating.

Because of the way homeopathy works, your symptoms may become briefly pronounced after taking a homeopathic remedy. If this happens, don't worry - it is a sign that the body's own natural healing powers are starting to work. Simply stop taking the remedy until the symptoms lessen, then restart.

ALWAYS FOLLOW THE  INSTRUCTIONS ON THE LABEL. IF SYMPTOMS PERSIST, ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR.
